Shipping Policy
Delivery Charges
The checkout will automatically calculate the shipping costs for delivery.
Our standard delivery charge is £7.04 for UK mainland deliveries.
Packets under 1kg can be sent Recorded Delivery and is charged at £4.00 for uk mainland delivery.
Parcels will be sent by First Class Post or by Courier, depending upon the weight. A signature is required for courier parcels - please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel: a work address can be specified for delivery.
Despatch Times
Orders are usually despatched in 3-6 working days. If you need your goods in a hurry please let us know and we will do our utmost to ensure your order arrives in time. A small surcharge may be necessary on rush orders, but your acceptance of this will always be obtained before the order is shipped.

Returns Policy
We are sure you will be very happy with your purchases, but if you are not, you can return it within 7 days from the date of receipt for a refund. The goods must be in pristine condition, and still in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the postage cost of returning goods. Any refunds will be processed by the same payment method as on the original order. Regrettably, we cannot refund the following items:
Disposable cameras lost or damaged are limited to the replacement value of the camera or film only.
All shipping/handling costs are non-refundable, unless there is an error on our part or the goods are defective. If goods returned to us are damaged in transit, then we cannot issue a refund - please ensure goods are suitably packaged to avoid this.
Incorrect Goods
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not use the item.
